These Terms and Conditions govern every vehicle rental, booking, self-drive service, with-driver service, delivery, pick-up, and related transaction with MG Car Rental Services. By reserving, paying for, signing, or using any vehicle from MG Car Rental Services, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

The rental agreement is entered into between MG Car Rental Services and the renter. The renter agrees to follow all rules, payment terms, vehicle use restrictions, return requirements, damage policies, and other conditions stated in this agreement and in any signed rental document.
The renter must provide true, complete, and updated information before the vehicle is released. MG Car Rental Services reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if the renter provides false, incomplete, or suspicious information.
Rental rates may vary depending on the vehicle type, rental duration, destination, service type, delivery or pick-up location, season, availability, and special customer requests.
All rates and charges must be confirmed by MG Car Rental Services before the booking is considered final.
Full payment must be settled before the start of the rental period, unless MG Car Rental Services gives written approval for another payment arrangement.
Before the vehicle is released, the renter may be required to submit the following:
Accepted identification may include passport, SSS, GSIS, UMID, company ID, driver’s license, or other valid identification accepted by MG Car Rental Services.
No security deposit is required.
MG Car Rental Services may refuse to release a vehicle if the renter fails to submit complete requirements, appears unfit to drive, fails verification, refuses to sign required documents, or violates any booking condition.
The vehicle must be used only for the declared purpose, approved destination, and agreed route. The renter must not sell, transfer, lend, sublease, pawn, or allow unauthorized persons to use or possess the vehicle.
The renter must drive responsibly and comply with all traffic laws, local ordinances, parking rules, road safety regulations, and government requirements. The renter is responsible for all violations, penalties, impounding fees, towing charges, and related costs incurred during the rental period.
Vehicles may be GPS-tracked or monitored for safety, route verification, recovery, and asset protection. Unauthorized routes, suspicious use, or risky activity may be flagged and may result in additional charges, immediate termination of the rental, or legal action.
MG Car Rental Services offers self-drive and with-driver rental options, subject to availability, approval, destination, and agreed rental terms.
For self-drive rentals, the renter assumes full responsibility for the safe and proper use of the vehicle during the rental period.
For with-driver rentals, the renter and passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions from the assigned driver. Additional route changes, waiting time, overnight use, parking, tolls, fuel, driver meals, accommodation, or other related costs may be charged separately unless included in the confirmed quotation.
The vehicle must not be used for any of the following:
Violation of this section may result in penalties, cleaning fees, damage charges, termination of rental, reporting to proper authorities, and/or legal action.
The renter is fully liable for any damage, loss, cost, penalty, or liability involving the vehicle during the rental period, regardless of fault, unless otherwise determined by MG Car Rental Services and applicable law.
If the vehicle is damaged, the renter agrees to pay the applicable insurance participation fee, repair cost, replacement cost, downtime charge, and any related expense. Insurance assistance may be available, but approval, coverage, processing time, and reimbursement are not guaranteed.
If insurance does not cover the damage, or if the claim is denied, excluded, delayed, or insufficient, the renter shall be responsible for the remaining amount due.
All damaged parts must be replaced with brand-new original components when required. Repairs must be performed only through an authorized dealership or repair facility approved by MG Car Rental Services.
If repairs cause downtime and the vehicle becomes unavailable for rent, the renter shall be charged the applicable daily rental rate for each day the vehicle is unavailable until it is repaired, cleared, and ready for use.
The renter is also responsible for traffic violations, impounding fees, towing fees, lost keys, lost accessories, missing documents, stains, odor removal, interior damage, exterior damage, tire damage, cleaning charges, and any cost caused by misuse, negligence, accident, or unauthorized use.
In case of accident, breakdown, damage, theft, loss, traffic incident, or emergency, the renter must immediately contact MG Car Rental Services.
The renter must not abandon the vehicle, admit liability on behalf of MG Car Rental Services, arrange unauthorized repairs, or release the vehicle to any third party without approval.
The renter may be required to provide photos, videos, police reports, incident reports, insurance documents, witness details, and other supporting records. Failure to report an incident immediately may result in denial of insurance assistance and full liability being charged to the renter.
The vehicle will be released with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank, unless a different written arrangement is approved by MG Car Rental Services.
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than when released, the renter shall pay the fuel difference and any applicable service charge.
For delivered units, the vehicle leaves the garage with a full tank. No additional fuel will be added upon arrival unless specifically agreed. Photo or video proof of the fuel level may be provided before travel.
Delivery fees may apply depending on the customer’s location and service request.
The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location. Late returns may result in overtime charges and additional rental charges, especially if the delay affects the next booking.
Units are handed over in car-washed condition and must also be returned in car-washed condition. If the vehicle is returned dirty, a car wash or cleaning fee may be charged.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as released, except for normal and reasonable use. MG Car Rental Services may inspect the vehicle upon return and may document its condition through photos or videos.
Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests are strictly not allowed, unless MG Car Rental Services approves an exception in writing.
Any change requested by the renter may be treated as a new booking and shall be subject to availability, current rates, and approval.
Down payments, reservation fees, and confirmed payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved by MG Car Rental Services in writing.
MG Car Rental Services is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle. Renters and passengers are responsible for securing their own valuables before, during, and after the rental period.
MG Car Rental Services reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any booking or rental if the renter provides false information, fails to submit requirements, fails to pay agreed charges, violates these terms, uses the vehicle for unauthorized purposes, or places the vehicle, passengers, company, or public at risk.
By booking, paying, signing, or using the vehicle, the renter confirms full understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
