A 50% down payment is required to confirm your booking. Please also provide a valid driver’s license, two (2) valid IDs, a contact number, and complete booking details. Additionally, at least one (1) passenger must present a valid photo ID.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we deliver anywhere. Delivery fees start at ?250, depending on the location. Please note that fuel is not included during delivery. The vehicle will leave our garage with a full tank, and a photo will be sent before dispatch for verification.
Is insurance included in the rental?
Yes, all vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. However, during the rental period, the renter is responsible for any damages or repair costs incurred while the vehicle is in their possession.
What are the rules for self-drive rentals?
For self-drive rentals, the vehicle will be handed over in a full-tank and car-washed condition. It must be returned in the same condition—full tank and clean. The renter is fully responsible for any damages that occur during the rental period, whether at fault or not, and whether known or unknown. All repair costs will be charged to the renter if any damage occurs.
Do you offer a driver?
Yes, we offer a driver for tours, personal travel, and other services. Rates start at ?1,200 for up to 9 hours within La Union and Baguio. For destinations outside these areas, rates may vary depending on the distance.
Is there a reservation fee?
Yes, a 50% down payment is required to secure your booking. This serves as your reservation fee. The remaining balance will be collected upon endorsement of the vehicle to you. Please note that all bookings are non-refundable and non-reschedulable once confirmed, as the date is reserved exclusively for you and will no longer be offered to other clients.
